We collect only what we need to dispatch a tech and follow up on your service: name, address, phone, email, and details about the system.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We use a small set of operational tools — a CRM, a payment processor, a financing partner — and each has its own privacy policy.

Call recordings, when made, are stored securely and used for training and quality. Text messages are used to confirm appointments and share invoices.

To request deletion of your data, email service@us1air.com. We respond within seven business days.
